Bes Gin
Hailing from the Balearic island of Ibiza, Bes Gin takes its name from a pagan god of love, fertility, and dance. Habanero peppers are the lead botanical here, offering up a fiery capsicum core that's balanced by 10 other botanicals, including chamomile, grapefruit, hawthorn, caraway, coriander, peppermint, and iris.
