Orange and thyme is a combination that doesn't come to mind all that often. However, after trying this gin from Berry Bros. & Rudd (which takes advantage of said flavour combination, along with classic junipery gin notes), it'll come to mind much more frequently. Serve in a G&T with a sprig of rosemary, we reckon.
Bright citrus with a hint of waxiness, balanced by savoury herbs and peppery juniper. Quite a clean (though sweet) spirit.
