Baccae No.1 Gin

A fab French gin here from Baccae in Paris, this expression is made from a base of French wheat distillate infused with an array of botanicals through long maceration as well as rotary evaporation. Botanicals include coriander, lemon, grapefruit, verbana and eucalyptus imparting a crisp, green and zesty character. A great partner for tonic or lemonade, this will do well in classic cocktails too.

Fresh notes of lemon zest and herbs, gently floral wafts of eucalyptus lead to the bold core of juniper and a prickle of pepper.
