Applewood Coral Gin
Seeing as the Applewood Distillery is based in Australia, it may not surprise you to know that the blushing Coral Gin is inspired by the Great Barrier Reef! It boasts native pink botanicals such as strawberry gum, riberry (a spicy berry), and karkalla (a succulent found on the Australian coast that's also known as pigface). Red berries and subtle seaside hints make this an unusual and deliciously well-balanced expression!
