Nose
Creamy and sweet - surprising for a gin bottled at 60% ABV! Black pepper, floral juniper and perhaps a hint of cola cubes.
Palate
Heavily herbaceous at first, before waves of runny honey and mint leaf appear.
Finish
Cedar, forest air crispness and a hint of apple.
