Making use of the region's bounty of botanicals, the likes of wild eucalyptus and lemon verbena impart a fresh, citric profile making this ideal with tonic, and spot on for a Martini!
Crisp juniper leads the way, with bright floral herbs and juicy, vegetal citrus, followed by a dusting of pepper and aromatic cardamom.
