Aegean Eye Salty Lemon Gin
An intriguingly fruity gin here from the Aegean Eye range, Salty Lemon is exactly what it sounds like! Lemons from the Greek island of Skyros are hand-picked and wrapped in Aegean seaweed, which keeps the fruit fresh and imparts a distinct savouriness. Both the fruit and the seaweed are then whacked into a copper still to produce this unusual gin. It's as if it was made for a Martini!
