Ricks Dry Gin uses a traditional Dutch recipe with 17 botanicals. They mix botanicals like juniper, coriander seeds, and citrus peels with premium grain alcohol and water. Then, they distil this in a 300-litre copper pot still.
The gin has Mediterranean flavours, with citrus fragrances. It's made using botanicals from across Europe. These include Croatian thyme, Italian rosemary, Spanish olives, Austrian basil, and orange blossoms.
Ricks Dry Gin brings a taste of the Mediterranean. It has won awards for its quality. In 2019, it won a gold medal at the World Spirits Awards. It was also recognised as a participating distillery. In 2018, it scored 89 points from Falstaff.
