O’Donnell Moonshine uses mason jars to present its spirit as a nod to Prohibition, when it was the illegally distilled alcohol of the era. The name even derives from the leader of one of the most notorious Moonshine gangs in Chicago, a Mr. Spike O'Donnell. No need to be concerned, this brand is very much doing things by the book – at least it is now. Founders August Ullrich and Philip Morsink got their start whipping up bathtub batches for friends and acquaintances but have been legit since 2016, making all kinds of delicious flavoured moonshines.
