Martin and Brown, who have worked in hotels and restaurants, began making drinks that go great with food and are also one-of-a-kind. They spent two years researching and developing their products. Then, they bravely launched them during the Covid lockdown. These products are The Eastern Spice Blend and The Italian Spice Blend.
Their connection to East Anglian sugar beet goes back generations. Kim's grandmother would cycle 30 miles to and from the beet processing factory after her nursing shifts during World War II. This dedication to agriculture has been a family legacy. In fact, Kim's father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all being farmers in the region.
Eastern Spice Blend
This blend has 14 botanicals, including orange, fresh coriander, cardamom, clove, fennel, ginger, and rose. It creates a vibrant, aromatic taste. This blend won a Silver Medal at the London Spirit Competition in 2021.
Italian Spice Blend
This blend features eleven botanicals and has a notable tomato aroma, with hints of chilli and oregano for a savoury taste. Like the Eastern Spice Blend, it also received a Silver Medal at the 2021 London Spirit Competition.
