Casa Noble is the world’s first single barrel tequila program and the distillery is located at La Cofradia, Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. It was founded by Master Tequilero: Jose 'Pepe' Hermosillo. Casa Noble tequila is made with estate grown 100% Blue Weber Agave at the distillery.
Casa Noble is one of the few distilleries to triple-distill Tequila, resulting in a smoother, softer finish.
Distillation Process
All Casa Noble Tequila’s are triple distilled in pot stills, and the distillation process lasts 12.5 hours. To ensure the highest quality possible for their final product, the heads and hearts are cut after each round of distillation. It takes 18,000 liters of mosto, to make 900 liters of Casa Noble Tequila.
