Bristol Syrup Company makes cocktail syrups with bartenders in mind. Founded by three Bristol drinks industry veterans with more than 50 years of experience between them, the company set out to recreate the flavours a good bar would otherwise have to make from scratch, but with greater consistency from bottle to bottle.

The recipes are designed around drinks first. Bristol Syrup Company spent years developing and refining them before production, creating a range that covers plenty of useful ground. Bristol orgeat brings the rich almond character required for tiki classics, while spiced lime is made with aged rum serves in mind. Fruit shrubs offer a sharper, more acidic route into spirit-forward drinks, while vanilla syrup adds warmth to cocktails and coffee alike. Ginger syrup brings heat to serves such as the Dark & Stormy, and the brighter fruit expressions slot neatly into sours, Collinses and long drinks.
