Honey-ed Lime Martini
Simple and summery, this serve will wow your guests (or maybe you'll just be wow-ing youself!) and show off the flavours found in Bathtub Gin Persian Lime & Orange Blossom.
Ingredients
60ml Bathtub Gin Persian Lime & Orange Blossom
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Runny Honey
Lime Wheel
Method
Add all the ingredients to shaker with ice and hard to combine. Pour into your prettiest stem glass and garnish with a delicate lime wheel.

A lighter floral take on the ever popular (and simple to make) Negroni. The distinctive rose notes blend perfectly with Lillet Blanc and the cardamom plays in the bitter Campari.

25ml Bathtub Gin Rose & Cardamom
25ml Lillet Blanc
25ml Campari Pink
Grapefruit Wedge
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour over all the ingredients, stir down for at least 10 seconds. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.

200ml Bathtub Gin
60ml Lime Juice
240ml Clear Apple Juice
400ml Lemonade
Apple Slices
Method
Add all ingredients to a jug and fill with ice. Stir well to combine before adding the apple slices.

30ml Rosé Vermouth
Rosemary Sprig
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour over the Bathtub Gin and vermouth, stir gently for 20 seconds to chill and dilute to perfection. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
