Tercet from Rémy Martin is the outcome of a collaboration between three masters of their craft behind the scenes at the incredible Cognac house. The Wine Master selected and pressed the grapes at the optimum time, the Master Distiller used the wine to produce the spirit in pot stills, and the Cellar Master took the eaux de vie and matured it carefully in French oak casks. The result? An excellent Cognac, boasting richness and complexity.
Yellow plum and juicy papaya, joined by liquorice, oak, a floral hint of vanilla, and nutmeg.

I don't drink a lot of spirits to be honest, but when I had this at a dinner function this year I was impressed. Not sure if you can relate, but you know when you have those moments where you experience something unfamiliar but you realise what you are experiencing is the BEST version of that thing. And all others intend to be as good. Well that's what I felt when I first had a sip of this drink. LIke I said, I don't drink very many spirits but this is worth having on hand in your home, to share with friends. It's impressive.
