A fantastic release from Remi Landier, their Special Pale Cognac is made with a blend of Fins Bois eaux-de-vie and is presented without additional sugars or colours, and is also bottled at 45% ABV. This has resulted in an intense flavour profile of candied peels, oak spice and tropical fruits.
