Nose
Aromatic and rich with dried peels, hints of toasty oak and vanilla.
Palate
Creamy dried apricot, mixed peels and allspice. Manuka honey, oak and hints of truffle.
Finish
A long, fruity finish with aniseed and nutmeg.
