
Classic VSOP Cognac from Maxime Trijol. The family installed the first still in November of 1859. The company now owns 20 2,500 litre charentais pot stills, and they are one of the largest distillers in Cognac.
Woody, spiced nose. A little hint of smoke, over-ripe fruits.
Sandalwood and oak grip meld with marmalade and mixed peels. Spices develop.
Honeyed, peppery finish with sweet spices.
