A hearty bottling of Larsen's Aqua Ignis Cognac, released at a slightly higher ABV of 42.3%. The French oak barrels that held this one were plunged into hot water, and then toasted over an open fire, three times over! This technique has ensured generous helpings of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and elegant, woody spice to this splendid sipper.
