For Cognac Sponge Edition No.10 Decadent Drinks went in a different direction and bottled something light and young. This micro-cuvee from Jean-Luc Pasquet was selected, a multi-vintage blend of Heritage N.10 and N.11, all distilled from the family’s own Folle Blanche vines and bottled at 49.6% ABV.
It is bright, full of honey and yellow fruits, heady floral notes and just generally youthful, vibrant gorgeousness!
