A single estate Grande Champagne Cognac from legendary Cognac house Hine. The 2008 vintage Bonneuil was drawn from just 16 refill French oak barrels, so this bottling will provide a rare opportunity to sample the personality of the terroir and that particular harvest.
Vanilla, toasted almonds and buttery brioche lead among strong oak.
Candied apricot, toffee apples and stem ginger combine on the palate.
Rich honey lingers.
