Sophisticated, rare and extremely old, this Grande Champagne Cognac was crafted from Ugni Blanc from the 1938 harvest. It was distilled in a 25-hectolitre traditional Charentais Alembic still with an onion-shaped head before it was matured in medium toasted barrels in medium damp cellars. It was presented at its cask strength of 40.5% by Hermitage.
