The folks at Hermitage have a history of getting their hands on some incredibly hard to find Cognacs, and they've done it again. This astonishing bottling is a Cognac from the Grande Champagne region that was distilled all the way back in 1893! Pre-20th century Cognac is, as you can imagine, incredibly rare and very exciting to see for everyone involved.
