Produced from 100% organic certified grapes, this XO Fin Bois Cognac from Godet matured for 10 years before bottling. Embracing an environmentally friendly approach, alongside a focus on conscious food consumption, the folks at Godet created this expression with a particularly dry profile to make it the ideal accompaniment for delicate vegetarian food.
