Frapin 15 Year Old Cask Strength
A Grande Champagne Cognac from Frapin, this 15 Year Old is grown and distilled on the 240 hectare vineyard. The eaux-de-vies are aged in both humid and dry cellars before blending at cask strength, with the final bottling weighing in at 45.3% ABV. It's not often you see a Cognac with an age statement, nor one bottled at cask strength. Very intriguing stuff.

Fresh toast with cherry jam, with lots of sultana and juicy raisin, toasty oak spice and cinnamon lingering with a dry finish of tobacco.
