Immensely impressive Grande Champagne Cognac bottled up for Decadent Drinks' Cognac Sponge collection. The generously aged Cognac was drawn from a single cask, hailing from the cellars of the small, family-owned Vallein Tercinier. Expect classic layers of decadent dried fruits, old oak, and leathery rancio here. A release of 285 bottles.

Featuring all the great flavours of long-aged Grande Champagnes: wizen old raisins, grumpy old sultanas, hammock-bound prunes, figs in blankets, dates telling stories about the war, rocking chairs whittled from pure rancio and old wireless radios playing Charles de Gaulle speeches on a loop.
