Tessandier distillery presents an XO addition to its Cognac Park collection. Made from a blend of eaux-de-vie aged in French oak between 10 and 25 years in the Tessandier cellars, it's a richly aromatic spirit with balanced intensity that the French distillers suggest ought to pair well with a side of blue cheese.
Soft notes of apricot and peach, gingerbread, a touch of anise, with rich, leathery oak and fragrant tobacco beneath.
