Another great Cognac from Park, the upmarket brand of Distillerie Tessendier & Fils, a family-owned Cognac house that dates back to the 1880s. Park makes some great classic blends like its XO but this is something much more specific. It comes from a single barrel housed in Chai (warehouse) No. 8. It contains two batches of eaux-de-vie came from the Borderies region one from the 1992 vintage and one from 1994. The result is a delicate floral sipping Cognac.
Light, delicate and fruity, with notes of ginger, honey and violets with some vanilla on the finish.
