Cognac Park Borderies Mizunara 2006
A very special vintage release from Cognac Park, a house that dates back to the 1880s. It's made entirely from ugni blanc grapes grown in the Borderies region. All quite normal, the big twist is that its matured in Japanese mizunara oak. Most unconventional, but very delicious.

Citrus fruit with peaches, apricots and some cherry pit nuttiness on the finish.
