A rare vintage Cognac that comes only from the Fins Bois region. Fins Bois is famous for its lighter, fruitier eaux-de-vie. This has spent more than 40 years in French oak. A chance to taste a bit of history. This comes from Park, a brand of Distillerie Tessendier & Fils, a family-owned Cognac house that dates back to the 1880s.

Overall

Raisins, dried apricots, violets, Brazil nuts, some wood tannin and vanilla on the finish.
