Edition number eight is a single cask Heritage N.88 Fins Bois from Vallein Tercinier, a small family-owned Cognac house with roots going back to the 15th century. Only 250 bottles are available of this expression.

This is a dangerously easy, relaxed and chilled out example of Fins Bois, with abundant green and yellow fruits, grassy notes, citrus, honey and a perfect balance of power and freshness on the palate.
