The Assemblage No.1 from Cognac Leyrat was crafted from a selection of Cognacs from the Chez Maillard estate in Fins Bois. The vineyards are on the top of a hill with a limestone subsoil to produce an elegant eaux-de-vie that wonderfully expresses the essence of its terroir.
