Another stunning vintage Blancs de Blancs Champagne from the marvellous Dom Ruinart! This is the 2010 vintage, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, grown in the Grand Crus of Champagne. With elegant layers of pastries and floral fruit balancing a delicate nuttiness, this will make a phenomenal serve alongside rich fish, or white meat dishes.
