Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Ripe pear, green apple and spring blossom. Subtle vanilla elements start to sneak in after a moment or two.

Palate Fresh, crumbly biscuits with a drizzle of honey. Stone fruit develops, particularly white peach. Quite fine bubbles, very charming indeed.

Finish Refreshing and balanced.

Alright
Tasted sharp, a bit bitter, but with hints of tart fruits and reminded me of summer. The price was higher then other providers however i do believe this was because of the 1.5L.
