A tasty single village Champagne from Delavenne Pere & Fils! It's produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested from chalky soils in the Bouzy commune. Balanced mineral and umami notes among the fruit mean that it works rather well alongside savoury seafood.
