From former sommelier Christophe Regi comes this vibrant Champagne, produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. With a core of Pinot Noir and a smaller portion of Chardonnay, the refreshing aperitif is full of citrus and tart orchard fruit.

Honeysuckle and crisp orchard fruit, with crunchy apple and zesty citrus peel, namely pink grapefruit.
