Bollinger PN VZ15 Bottling Note

The first permanent addition to Bollinger's range in over a decade, Bollinger PN VZ15 showcases the Pinot Noir grape. Made with 100% Pinot Noir, mostly from Verzenay and with 20% reserve wines in there too, it's an immensely aromatic and expressive Champagne. Expect red fruit, fresh florals and a touch of toasty nuts from this one.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fig, cherry and orange zest, with a hint of rose jelly sweetness too. Toasted almonds, spring blossom and just a smidge of buttered brioche.

Bollinger PN VZ15 Reviews

Wow

Forget big fat vegemitey Bollie NV styles. This is serious Champagne . Delicate Lemon rind floral bisquity brioche aged yeast characters. 20% aged Reserve wines From magnums and mainly single Village (verzenay) Pinot Noir. Best straight Blanc de Noir I’ve seen in years. Wow. For the $ it’s amazing. You can taste the Chalk. Balance impeccable. Lingering acidity but tiraged beautifully. Fresh vibrant and with aged tones. Brilliant.
