12 year old Pays d'Auge Calvados from one of the best in the business – Busnel! Gloriously jam-packed full of apple notes, with wafts of vanilla and oak along the way. Great for an alternative to whisky as a postprandial drink.
Cooked apple, flaky pastry, nutmeg, ginger, cedar, green apple acidity.
Gorgeous, decadent calvados. Rich in hue and taste. Buttery, smooth and full of caramelised apple goodness. Really hard to find a nicer grown up tipple that will please so many palates.
