Price Match Promise/Guarantee Promotion Terms and Conditions
The price match promise/guarantee promotion (hereinafter referred to as promotion) is only available to retail customers who are purchasing goods from us as private individuals and are not acting as a trade or business customer.
The promotion is subject to additional terms and conditions set out below and all orders are subject to our standard Consumer Terms of Business.
In order to be eligible for the promotion and to request for a price match promise/guarantee to be fulfilled, you will need to email our Customer Service team with the following information and evidence:
a screenshot of the product on our website showing the price being offered by us at a certain time; and
information about the same product you found being offered for sale at a lower price by another retailer at the same time:
for products you find in an offline physical store, you will be required to provide name and address of the store, valid contact details of the store, a photo of the product along with the price at which it is being sold, and some reasonable manner of timestamping showing the price is offered at the relevant time;
for products you find in an online store, you will be required to provide the name of the store, website address of the store, a screenshot of the product along with the price at which it is being sold, and some reasonable manner of timestamping showing the price is offered at the relevant time.
We reserve the right to require more information and evidence as we see fit. The provision of evidence is not binding on or conclusive to us fulfilling the promotion against any particular product or order. All price match promises/guarantees will be subject to our verification of evidence provided in our sole and absolute discretion (whilst acting reasonably and in good faith).
Upon verification of information provided by you, if we decide that you are eligible for the promotion to be fulfilled, we will invite you to purchase the product on our website at our price (the higher price) and then we will issue a refund to you which is the difference between our price (the higher price) and the price of the other retailer as provided by you (the lower price).
In this promotion, we will only price match against:
orders with us to be shipped within the United Kingdom;
products offered for sale or being sold in the United Kingdom by legitimately (and legally) established business retailers of alcoholic beverages;
identical products (same volume, same ABV, same batch, etc.);
price comparisons between the total cost of the products, inclusive of VAT, taxes, and shipping (as it may be applicable); and
products which are available for purchase from another retailer in real-time and which are in stock (i.e. if it is out of stock with the other retailer, we will not price match).
The promotion cannot be used in relation to the following:
products which are discontinued or out of stock on our website;
products on our website or being offered for sale by the other retailer which are on sale, discounted, in the clearance range, on a promotion or offer, or offered for sale under membership or subscription deal;
products within orders which are already dispatched by us.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and include additional exclusions which apply to this promotion; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time. All decisions made by us in relation to this promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
