Seven Tails
This snazzy bottle of brandy is courtesy of Seven Tails, and the expression blends together Cognac, Armagnac and a mysterious French brandy from an undisclosed location. The blend is then rested and married in Port casks which imparts even more fruitiness to the spirit. The folks behind the brand crafted the brandy to be used and experimented with in fun cocktails. We reckon it would make a cool twist on an Espresso Martini.
Toasted and slightly burnt fruitcake, with oily walnut, peppery oak, ground almond and a hint of savoury umami, with lingering Black Forest gateaux.

My second bottle, punchy as a neat brandy,don’t waste it by adding to it.
For the cost of a VS you get the smooth, rich fullness of an XO! Loved making drinks with this, and it's full of flavour. Definitely worth getting two as it's easily finished.
The XO part of this is misleading and doesnt deliver the expected smoothness of an XO brandy / Cognac. Whilst the flavours are indeed full and intense, this would better suited to be used in a cocktail with mixures.
My second bottle and at the price it is extremely good value for every day drinking.
