This post-still French brandy was matured in refill French oak and refill American oak barrels that were bottled at 42.7% ABV without chill-filtration. The aforementioned American oak casks ensured a triple toasting, helping to bolster the caramel-y richness and impart subtle hints of smoke.
Cedar, cigar box, fruitcake and runny honey lead with touches of vanilla and exotic fruit underneath.
