Great brandy
I worked in Frankfurt in the 80s and been drinking this brandy and a few others and I think this brandy is way underrated. I love it

Good brandy for the price
I visited asbach brewery in the 80s I didn’t haven’t had any up to April of this year I had a bottle bought for my birthday but the taste is still as good as I remember a nice smooth brandy hope to get another one soon .

Fearsome but fun
It may not have the elegance of French cognac or the smooth richness of Spanish Sherry brandy but this has a character of its own. One for knocking back with gusto rather than quietly sipping. Would be good for adding extra kick to Gluwein
