Alabat Armagnac's Portrait Collection features a range of single producer, single vintage, single grape, single cask bottlings, and this edition hails from Domaine de Péré. Distilled from baco grapes on a mobile wood-fired Armagnac still in 2007, this Armagnac spent 15 years maturing in a French oak cask until it was bottled at cask strength in 2023. A release of 250 bottles.
