To create the Kentucky Winter Old Fashioned, Tom Savano blended a bourbon and a rye whiskey from Kentucky, along with brown sugar, bitters and orange. Brilliantly rich and inviting stuff, and brilliantly easy to serve - simply get yourself a big ice cube, pour a measure of this pre-bottled cocktail over it, and garnish with an orange peel.
