Tayer Palo Santo Gimlet
A pre-bottled Gimlet from Tayer in London - but of course, it's not quite as straight forward as "just a Gimlet". The Palo Santo Gimlet is made using Tayer x Hepple Gin alongside Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, Lillet Blanc and Palo Santo Cordial! The result is hugely bright and flavoursome, with a drying touch of depth coming through from the sherry.
