First time ever trying negroni and I think this is gorgeous with some fresh cut orange and ice . It tastes of bitter orange but there is a sweetness to it and it’s actually really refreshing to drink . I don’t get any cough mixture taste as someone else mentioned just orange

Horrible. Bought it for Christmas Day - tastes like cough medicine and not the nice old Three Noughts either. None of us could drink it. So disappointed. Is it because it needs Campari?
