Bay leaves form the basis of this bitter, a subtle, refined flavour that shouldn't be used as the dominating presence when used in cocktails or for culinary purposes - but as a means to bring complexity and depth.
Sharp, warm and bitter initially, before a light floral, eucalyptus and slightly menthol note reveal.
