Chocolate Bitters, you say? Yum, yum, yum... These come from the Bob's Bitters range, which features a selection of single-botanicals bitters than make it easy to match their flavours with your cocktails. These'll give your drinks plenty of enjoyably bitter cocoa notes.
I have enjoyed using these richly-flavoured bitters since the lockdowns. Bought in approx 2021. They come with an old-fashioned chemist's "dropper". I've had to remove a star, as in this year (2026), there is a smell of ammonia to this product, despite the 35% alcohol content which, one would expect, should give it greater longevity. The ammonia smell may, perhaps, be only around the rim and near the top of the bottle, but I did not want to risk anything, and tipped the rest away.
