Blanche Armagnac is unaged Armagnac, and you don't tend to see it as often as some of the age statement offerings. But blanches are bursting with fresh, fruity character, and this one from ODVI is a great example. Don't be shy to mix it in cocktails, where the soft stone fruit notes shine.
