A blanche Armagnac here from Domaine de Cassagnoles, which impressively manages to display oodles of familiar, rich, aromatic notes you usually find in cask-aged Armagnacs. Ought to be good for postprandial drinks, but we think it'll also do marvellously in cocktails too.
Dried fruit, anise, yellow plum, a touch of citrus peel.
