Description

A Danish-style aquavit from Svöl, made over in Brooklyn! Danish aquavits are typically the most caraway-forward style of aquavit, hence why this bottling marries caraway from Finland with other botanicals including Icelandic angelica root and birch bark, Peruvian Cape gooseberry and Chilean rosehip. The folks over at Svöl encourage you to experiment with this slightly spicy aquavit in some fun, savoury cocktails. May we suggest a Bloody Mary?

Overall

Floral, distinctive rose alongside subtle citrus and a big hit of spicy rye on the finish.
